What We Believe
The Father
God the Father is great and holy. He is all powerful, all knowing, ever present, and unchanging. He is the creator and sustainer of all things, worthy of our complete trust and devotion. God is good, loving, and faithful to His people and His promises. It is in Him that we live, move, and exist.
Exodus 3:14, John 3:16, Acts 17:28
The Holy Spirt
The Holy Spirit confirms our relationship with Christ and leads believers into truth. He points hearts toward Jesus and works in our lives to bring conviction of sin, reveal God’s righteousness, and prepare us for what is to come. The Holy Spirit strengthens and comforts believers, equips them with spiritual gifts, and transforms them to become more like Christ.
Psalm 51:11, Joel 2:28–32, Isaiah 61:1–3, Ephesians 1:13–14
The Trinity
God has existed eternally in relationship within Himself. He is one God who exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, equal in power and authority, yet distinct in role and function. Together, they work in perfect unity to accomplish God’s purposes.
Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 61:1, Matthew 28:19, Mark 1:9–11, Luke 1:35, John 5:21–23, 14:10, 16, Romans 8:9–11, 1 Corinthians 8:6, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Hebrews 1:8–10, James 2:19
The Son
Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human. He is the only way for humanity to be restored to a right relationship with God. Through His perfect life, sacrificial death, and victorious resurrection, Jesus provided redemption for our sins. He conquered death so that all who believe in Him may receive forgiveness and eternal life.
Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:18–23, John 1:1, Colossians 1:15
Salvation
Salvation is made possible through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Through His shed blood, forgiveness of sin is offered to all who place their faith in His death and resurrection. Salvation is a gift from God and is received by grace alone, not through human effort or works.
Isaiah 1:18, Matthew 1:21, Acts 2:21, Galatians 2:20
The Bible
The Bible is God’s Word given to all people. It was written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and is inspired by God. Because of this, Scripture is true, trustworthy, and without error. The Bible remains fully relevant for our daily lives and is our ultimate authority for faith and practice.
Psalm 119:11, Isaiah 40:8, 2 Timothy 3:15–17
